A 300-Day Open House System Built on Consistency, Not Guesswork


The Prevail 300 is a long-term, execution-based real estate training program designed for agents who want a clear plan—and are ready to commit to it.

This is not a motivational course.
It’s not a collection of random tactics.
And it’s not something you binge in a weekend.

The Prevail 300 is a 300-day open house system built to help agents create consistency, confidence, and predictable business through focused execution.


How the Prevail 300 Started

What began as a 100-Day Open House Experiment—simply showing up consistently with a plan, turned into real results, real data, and a repeatable system.

Over time, that experiment evolved into a structured framework that could be taught, refined, and scaled. 

The result is the Prevail 300: a three-phase program built to challenge even seasoned agents while still supporting those who are brand new.


A Three-Phase System

The Prevail 300 is broken into three distinct phases, each designed to build on the last:


Phase I: BUILD (Days 1–100), Cost $97 (click on <<Learn More>> to start the First 100!

Create discipline, structure, and consistency.
This phase focuses on learning the open house system, completing foundational workbooks, and building habits that last.


Phase II: SHARPEN (Days 101–200), $57

Refine conversations, follow-up, and conversion.
Agents learn how to improve results without adding more chaos or complexity.


Phase III: SCALE (Days 201–300), $57

Turn systems into leverage.
This phase focuses on sustainability, referrals, and creating a business that works with intention.

Each phase must be completed in order. You cannot sharpen or scale what hasn’t been built.


Program Rules & Structure

  • The program consists of 300 days of execution
  • All phases must be completed within 365 days
  • Phase II and Phase III must be started within 25 days of completing the prior phase
  • If a phase is not completed within the allotted time, it must be restarted
     

The Prevail 300 operates on an honor code.
No one monitors your progress. No one chases you.
The results come from doing the work.
