Passionate about real estate since childhood, touring open houses and new communities with her dad and developing an appreciation for the unique story behind every home and homeowner. With over 25 years in the industry, beginning in commercial appraisal in Philadelphia and later commercial property management in Colorado, she ultimately found her true calling in residential real estate. As a Realtor, Kathleen prioritizes her clients’ goals, communicates clearly, and works tirelessly to make each transaction as smooth, successful, and stress-free as possible. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her biking, hiking in the Colorado mountains, or spending time with her family and her best fur friend, Douglas. Based in Littleton, Kathleen is deeply knowledgeable about the entire Denver Metro area and is always happy to share her favorite places to explore across this incredible state.
